CATARACTS

Cataracts are cloudy areas within the ocular lens, which may lead to decreased vision. Most cataracts are age-related and develop later in life. Examinations at Bass Lake Family Eye Care check for cataracts and also monitor the progression of cataracts to determine when or if surgical intervention is necessary.
